Designed by Hans Wagner, the Wishbone Chair was first presented in 1950, and was followed by a range of different chairs which have nearly all gained the status of "Classics", sought after as collectors' items all over the world. Hans Wegner's furniture is based on the principle that good material and good craftsmanship go together hand in hand. Although he worked with many different materials, old and modern, he loved wood above all others. Our reproduction of his wishbone chair honors the union of industrial desing and craft-based production that are hallmarks of his work.
