We are committed to providing our customers the best shopping experience possible. Thanks to our showroom in Manhattan, we are able to offer a very flexible full white glove delivery service tailored to your needs within our local area (up to 100 miles). However if you don’t live nearby don’t worry we are partnered with some of the best shipping companies that offer great pricing and specialize in handling fragile furniture pieces. In most cases we will ship our order within 1 to 5 business days. We will contact you within 24-48 hours after your order is placed to confirm the order and discuss the shipping arrangements.

  • Scheduled delivery appointment with customer. ( Mon - Sat / 9 am - 9 pm ) - we usually ask for a 2 to 3 hour window appointments
  • Most deliveries are within 1 to 5 business days
  • White Glove product placement and unpacking services.
  • Full Assembly & Setup Service ( up to 30 Minutes ).
  • Free Removal of packaging ( optional )
  • Same Day or Next Day Rush* Service Available for a nominal fee

Nationwide Shipping

We are partnered with some of the best furniture freight carriers in the industry. We will arrange the freight shipment with the carrier that specifically specializes in delivery within your area, assuring the fastest, most reliable and least expensive delivery option. In most cases we will ship smaller items that weight less then 65lbs via a common carrier like UPS, FEDEX or USPS.

Once the merchandised ships-out from our or our vendors warehouse you will receive and email confirmation with a tracking number when available.

 

 

Small Parcels

Smaller Items ( under 65lb ) Normally ship via ground small-parcel carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS

 

 

Standard Freight Service

Products delivered using our Standard Freight Service will arrive via a large truck from contracted freight carriers. Freight delivery is standard when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small-package carriers

These deliveries require a recipient to be present during delivery and are made during normal business hours Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule a delivery appointment, generally within a 4-hour window, or you can schedule your own appointment online with our carrier when tracking your shipment.

Standard Freight Service Deliveries are ground-level deliveries made outside the main home entrance (e.g. inside a garage or to a front porch). Please note the street of access must be at least 10 feet wide with an overhead clearance of at least 14 feet. If the street is smaller than this, additional handling charges may apply. Contact our Customer Service Center about availability/pricing for additional services.

Transporting the item into the home or other area is the customer's responsibility. Individual drivers may provide some assistance, but we cannot guarantee this additional service. Delivery agents are not equipped to dispose of packaging materials.

 

 

Available Freight Services Upgrades

  • Room-of-Choice Delivery - provides a two man delivery service. This Service includes carrying the product into your residence to the room you choose up to two flights of stairs. The product will be left in the original packaging
  • White Glove Delivery - White Glove Delivery is a premium service that includes special handling and placement. Upon delivery, the service agent will place and unpack your product in the room of your choice. Removal of packaging material is also included with this service.

    Tracking Your Shipment

    Once we ship out your furniture, we will send you an e-mail with all the tracking details. You will be able to track your delivery online or contact the shipping company over the phone. When the furniture arrives to the local terminal, you will be contacted for an appointment by shipping company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. They will call you a day prior the delivery to make an appointment. Please contact us if you for some reason have not received shipping information.
