Thanks to our showroom in Manhattan, we are able to offer a very flexible full white glove delivery service tailored to your needs within our local area (up to 100 miles). However if you don’t live nearby don’t worry we are partnered with some of the best shipping companies that offer great pricing and specialize in handling fragile furniture pieces. In most cases we will ship our order within 1 to 5 business days. We will contact you within 24-48 hours after your order is placed to confirm the order and discuss the shipping arrangements.

Small Parcels
Smaller Items ( under 65lb ) Normally ship via ground small-parcel carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS
Nationwide Shipping
We are partnered with some of the best furniture freight carriers in the industry. We will arrange the freight shipment with the carrier that specifically specializes in delivery within your area, assuring the fastest, most reliable and least expensive delivery option. In most cases we will ship smaller items that weight less then 65lbs via a common carrier like UPS, FEDEX or USPS.
Standard Freight Service
Products delivered using our Standard Freight Service will arrive via a large truck from contracted freight carriers. Freight delivery is standard when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small-package carriers.
Freight Service Upgrades Available
Room-of-Choice Delivery - provides a two man delivery service. This Service includes carrying the product into your residence to the room you choose up to two flights of stairs. The product will be left in the original packaging
Tracking Your Shipment
Once we ship out your furniture, we will send you an e-mail with all the tracking details. You will be able to track your delivery online or contact the shipping company over the phone. When the furniture arrives to the local terminal, you will be contacted for an appointment by shipping company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. They will call you a day prior the delivery to make an appointment. Please contact us if you for some reason have not received shipping information.
